Everything that I know to do with LED; selling and supplying

There are two forms of LED product. Lighting and Screens

LED is important when trying to communicate events visually and audibly. This,is evident of a TV, a computer screen and lighting any location.

Because LED is very expensive to produce or manufacture; Large events demand it's services or people with the money who can want to decorate any posession of theirs'; this would include houses and other building: rooms, Large events; would include building displays, lighting; music concerts, sports events, art exhibitions or any other exhibitions you can think of.

I always thought that one factory-supplier usually provides the tools and the LED product to produce the Screen or the Lighting product; however I believe I am wrong as the supplier is not only working on one project, however many. So factoring many suppliers to that single project. Will there ever be a time when that one factory can provide all the tools and the products to construct the Screens or the Lighting products; I think yes and quite agruably easy; In order for this to happen there needs to be that one or few major projects that will cash in big; allowing the factory to produce prototype on display and expand their tooling sector for the avalability of tools ready to produce what the client needs.

Producing LED is a delicate process; some factories use labour and others use machines. It seems cost effective to use a balance of both labour and machines, as Labour can produce the cabinents and machines produce the LEDs and lighting fixtures. I think in some cases there will be a factory that will have their labour produce the Lighting fixtures, however I think I am wrong.

There are two parts of the production process which is manufacturing and assembling; manufacturing; casing, LED and the pcb.

There are two kinds of casing; fixed install and rental. This either means that the Screens or Lighting are kept in place and get to be removed or can be removed and set in place again for maintenance. In my opinion either rental or fixed installation, all casing should have a rental design to make it easier for client if they so need to replace or restore primary product.

Having all rental designed casing for rental or fixed installations will help the suppliers make more money, as having recurring customers for the same or other product keeps the income from low. And, this is where the stable or the growing income from recurring customers, provides the cash flow for expanding or investing into the factory to make business better and effiecient.

To get the customers attention is all thanks to exhibitions such as the Lighting Fair, websites and business liaison: providing contacts; customers or suppliers. I think that there should be Lighting exhibitions on a monthly basis to keep the awareness and the opportunity or fair trade, as it seems to be a business that doesn't generate constantly; however if there was a government policy where clients should pay a minimal or average monthly amount to suppliers for their one-off or recurring services that should make the problems of fair trade cease.However, this is only possible if clients agree; though if the government paid for the exhibitions and the LED suppliers to display their products, then that would be a better arrangement.

Would be interesting id Cinema installed LEDs for their screens. Though that would present a few issues such as heat generating from the screen; so the new policy that cinemas during winter should turn-off air-conditioners should not continue. However, there are LEDs I believe that don't produce that much heat, though I think there brightness is dimmed; which might be effective in cinema, though because cinemas are usuallly covered in darkness then I the chances are more than possible. To, construct heatless LEDs are more expensive than ordinary LEDs because of demand from suppliers, however this can be solved if the prices were roughly similar; yet because of the technical advances both ordinary and improved LEDs would have increased prices: I guess, 2%.

I had an idea a few days ago and I was told it was done before; LED on buses not for the purpose of only covering the buses with LEDs, however advertising the company that has produced the LEDs. Although cost might be an issue, I think that advertising method is a great one as, there are many business pupils who traveling in and out of work during a rush hour via car or walk; and the chances of them being remotely associated or interested in lighting I think is high, as most business ventures are to do with showcases with the need of proper-reveal and professionalism and I think that LEDs can provide that service worldwide.

Under the catagory of LED screens there are two; indoor and outdoor. It seems there are more indoor projects, as most business ventures or the needs are within indoors. Outdoor projects are less, as they consist  of large showcases and sports events that I previously mentioned above. The pricing of protection from conditions of the screens, I think should all be the same no matter indoor and outdoor and it seems like indoor is less expensive, which I think outdoor projects should follow as the demands for screens are low; not until the demand for screen start rising that the prices for indoor screens will be same price as outdoor screens. In terms of protection I think both outdoor and indoor screens should go through the same protective process as outdoor screens, as to show the client that quality needs to be at good standard in order for performance of the product to work at its best. Right, noow this is not the case, as most clients have made display their as least priorty. I think that provided the business event is in good-clean condition what best way to brighten its appeal with LEDs lights, it seems to work in some cases and should with business events who purchase LEDs, the fill-more-welcome the environment is the better the event goes. This same trend is some what similar to billboards, as they don't just advertise what they are constructed to advertise, fortunately make the surrounding location better than okay.

The right LED for the right project is important

Here are two case studies of LED associated manufacturing companies;

First being A-DZG, they are a company that are very confident with their quality of service having ODM and OEM to meet all customer inquries. ODM is Orginal Design Manufacturing service; this is the service that will require the customer to provide their custom design of the product they want to purchase and the product will then be branded by the customer's company title. OEM is Original Equipment Manufactuering this kind of service will require the manufacturing company to utilise purchased or outsourced specific manufacturing tools to produce the product inquired by the customer, and like ODM the branding of the inquired product will be titled with the customer's company name. However at times I'm sure that the customers would agree to branding their inquired product with the manufacturers company name to boost recognotion and awareness of the manufacturing company to bring in more business in the immediate or later future. This alteration in the branding of the inquired product might result in an inquired price reduction; in some cases with the past factories that Bateman Consulting has dealt with the customer's branding of inquired product resulted in an inquired price increase, this slight difference in business operation is just circumstantial. I will explain more on Bateman Consulting another time. As you might have noticed ODM and OEM are services that correspond with each other respectively to completion of any product in this case LED; as if A DZG have been outsourced by another LED company they might have only needed to provide one half the the two services, this is the reason why they have been separated in separate titles of service.

A DZG are classed as a Trading and Manufacturing business dealing mostly with locks and harness of LED screens and sometimes LED lights. This approach to the business of LED seems to be quite profiting, as manufacturing locks and harness are easier than LED screens and their cabinets; allowing their recognition and liability to be placed respectively in their favour. Its interesting to note that their large total of their 100 million USD annual income doesn't arrive from manufacturing their products alone, what seems most likely is that their annual income derieves from their business being outsourced by most LED associated companies in countries in Europe who deal with LED businesses in China; this is something that the website doesn't mention, which I believe the company should be truthful about. Placing aside that this company might be deceiving, I think their approach on placing a price on their price, cost and customer database is a great idea maintaining their competitive edge in the LED industry.

The second company is Oriental Panda and this company supplies magnets for various product appliances and recently have supplied magnets for applied structuring of a certain LED product: flexible LED banners. Magnets for LED products are only effective when the LED product more often than not; LED screens are used indoors, as of weather and outdoor conditions could ruin the effectiveness of the magnets that could result in the LED screen from breaking down; example of conditions that could damage the magnets are extreme temperature fluxuations. However to cancel this effect it is possible to use electromagnetics to stregthen the magnets used and as an additional plus effect the electromagnet will channel the heat produce by the electromagnet itself and ambient heat away from the magnets used for the structuring of the LED product. This application of electromagnets to flexible LED banners could solve the issues of using a the flexible LED banners outdoors.

There might be problems where the increase voltage produced by the electromagnets might cause interference when viewing the display of the LED banner, however by adjusting the voltage input of electromagnets used you can alter the voltage output to reduce interference and still have an effective heat regulator. The most effective and only way that I have heard of to regulate heat for LED screens is the use of fans, however if this method is applied to flexible screen products, then the application ruins the purpose of the flexible feature of the banner. Right now I believe current LED flexible banners are small to medium sized, so they don't produce as much heat as one would expect, though there could be a possible client in the future who wants to purchase a large flexible screen banner to cover a building side and I think electromagnets are more effective than fans even for original fixed or rental LED screens; so it might be best that the LED industry invests in the growing industry/market of magnetic products as of its effectiveness. Oriental Panda have invested in a interesting market that could not only benefit the LED industry, as cheap and effecient production of electricity is needed by everyone. I don't think that the LED industry should rid of fans completely as all clients have a varied budget who might choose to use fans instead of electromagnets. This way the LED industry can maintain their growing target market's interests. As to conclude I think Oriental Panda will need time to develop the effectiveness of their productservice for the LED lighting business, if they decide to devote most of their labour to the LED industry I think they could have to focus their servicesales through outsourced operations, as focusing on domestic and national business might produces issues of liabilty. The safest  move that Oriental Panda should do now is focus on their most profitable business operations and place their magnetic application product in their R&D department
